We appreciated everything about the hotel: location and service. The property is adjacent to a subway station...

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prime location. We were within walking distance of all the theaters, shopping areas, and quaint little restaurants. Everything was close by, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
All aspects of our stay were great - nothing to complain about!

This hotel has a combination that's hard to beat. First of all, it's centrally located on the Avenue due Park which is a major thoroughfare dividing downtown Montreal. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, our room was ready upon arrival, and the staff was most accommodating with our questions and needs. Since we drove in to Montreal an added plus was the secure underground garage which is monitored 24/7 with access to our auto at all times. The ultimate compliment: I would stay there on my next trip.

Stayed during Christmas. Great location near shopping, restaurants, and metro. Room was clean and well-maintained. Free parking included. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store nearby and the option to have coffee in the lobby.
Room was a bit cramped and lacked a proper closet, but this was not a major issue. Elevators could be slow at times.

The price was reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The location was great. It was just a quick walk away from the metro station and right across the street from an affordable breakfast/lunch restuarant. There was underground parking (at an additional daily rate), where we felt safe leaving our car over night. The room and bathroom was a good size. The hotel staff was very helpful with their recomendations.
The hallways were too cold. The bathroom smelt like bleach.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the old-town area and visiting the port. We loved being in a nice area where we could easily get to the bus station by metro. There were quaint little restaurants nearby that we enjoyed trying out. the room was well-furnished and the bathroom was clean. the staff at the front desk were friendly and spoke English. there was a supermarket right across the street and a pharmacy nearby.
The garage was a bit dirty.

Hotel located in a preferred location, near shopping and two universities. Staff were very supportive. The rooms were well designed for family use.
It would be preferred if the hotel provided a continental breakfast in the morning

Central location, decent sized rooms, across from grocery store and near restaurants on St. Laurent, staff is friendly but perhaps not too helpful
Parking in the secured underground lot costs $17/day, parking overnight above ground in the neighborhood (downtown) is NOT a good idea (break-ins, vandals)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel downtown. The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city. It was incredibly convenient to have easy access to the metro and be surrounded by all the theaters. Plus, being very close to the Bell Centre was a major perk. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast, which was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Everything was great.

The King size bed was huge and very comfortable. I asked for an extra bed by email and everything went according to plan.
There was no air conditioning, or I couldn't find it, so the summer nights were a little bit hot.
